Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service
In June 2020, The Sleep Charity was awarded the prestigious Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service.
This award is the MBE for volunteer groups and it is an honour to hold this accolade.
Sheep Dreams Campaign
We are delighted to announce that Shaun the Sheep™ is our official sheepy sleep ambassador for our "Sheep Dreams” campaign. "Sheep Dreams" is the campaign to help families to enjoy the benefits of a good night's sleep.
The Wake Up Call
On 4th March 2020 we joined forces with The Sleep Council to launch our sleep manifesto. We urge the government to wake up to the importance of sleep and to ensure that sleep becomes a key issue on the Public Health agenda.Read more

We are an award-winning charity established to help the nation to get a good night’s sleep. We provide accredited training for professionals, support for families and packages for corporate organisations.
We aim to help the nation sleep better to support mental and physical wellbeing, by providing practical advice and support.
We are raising awareness about the importance of sleep and campaigning for change so that sleep support is accessible to all.
Our work is based on the latest research and is evidence based. We have a team of experts who input into our training materials and courses.
We believe in sharing sleep knowledge widely so that those having sleep issues are empowered to make the changes that they want to make. We work in partnership with families to develop programmes that are gentle and respect their parenting style as well as providing training for professionals and corporate organisations.
