Want to start sleeping better in four weeks?

One simple focused habit to try each week. Each step builds toward improving sleep quality naturally and sustainably. By the end we hope you will be practising better sleep habits.

Each week you will receive a newsletter, via email, for each challenge with tips and advice on how to work through the recommendations. It’s important not to give up after a few days as it can take at least two weeks to see changes. We also advise you to download a copy of our Sleep Diary and fill in over the course of the following four weeks.

Don’t lose hope if you find that, after four weeks, your sleeping habits haven’t improved. There could be many underlying reasons why you can’t sleep. Your next steps would be to visit your GP armed with your completed sleep diary.
