Our ambassadors champion the work we do by helping us raise awareness of sleep in the media and on social media and supporting our campaigns.

Away from rowing she is passionate about health and wellbeing, having qualified as a Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and is an admirer of the charity’s work.
Baroness Goudie
A supporter of the charity for several years, Baroness Goudie is a member of the British House of Lords and a global advocate for the rights of women and children. An avid social media contributor, writing for the Huffington Post as well as her own personal blog, she brings attention to key issues across the world.

After his extreme sleep deprivation experience he agreed to be one of our sleep ambassadors to spread the word about the importance of a good night sleep.
