Changes in routine can have a huge impact on sleep.
It is hardly surprising that during the pandemic both children and adults have reported increased sleep difficulties. Raised anxiety levels can also increase sleep issues, with so much uncertainty at the moment there is little wonder that many of us are struggling to get the amount and quality of sleep that we need.
In order to find out how the nation was sleeping we teamed up with The Sleep Council and Sleep Station. Over 2,700 responses have been received to date. Our work featured on BBC Newsround recently with some good tips on how to approach sleep issues. Click here to read more
