Right now, around 40% of adults and 50% of children (this rises to 80% with a SEND diagnosis) have difficulties with their sleep which impacts significantly on wellbeing and physical and mental health. They feel lonely, isolated and are not living to their full potential.

Our vision is that everyone is able to enjoy a good night’s sleep. As a small charity it means a great deal to use when people choose to make a donation, become a regular giver or leave a gift to us in their will. With your help, we can offer appropriate, timely, evidence-based advice and support for anyone who needs us to sleep better.

- can help us to develop information and tools that help people to look after their sleep

- helps to maintain our Teen Sleep Hub with up-to-date resources for young people, their parents, schools and other youth organisations

- could help answer 5 calls to the National Sleep Helpline, providing someone with vital support and information

- will provide training for one Sleep Champion in a secondary school

- will allow us to train a community-based practitioner to offer support in the heart of their community to vulnerable children
