Foundation Sleep Workshop

Our Foundation Programme provides an introduction to our work and is suitable for both parents/carers and professionals. The course covers the importance of sleep, sleep physiology, how to identify the causes of sleep issues and some practical strategies.

Sleep Success Workshop

Our Sleep Success programme builds on the learning from the Foundation Programme offering a more in-depth exploration of sleep issues and providing strategies to explore. It is suitable for both parent/carers and professionals.

Sleep Tight Workshop

Sleep Tight is a course for professionals and provides the tools needed to deliver early intervention sleep workshops. Ideal for Family Support workers this comprehensive training package provides you with a toolkit to use directly with families.

Sleep Champion Workshop

This training course is designed for professionals working in secondary schools. It outlines the reasons for the sleep issues, practical strategies to support youngsters to improve their sleep and resources to share with both parents/carers and young people.

Sleep Practitioner Course

The Sleep Practitioner course is ideal for professionals who want to provide evidence based intervention for children age 12 months upwards. The course provides the resources to deliver sleep clinics in your local community.

Workplace Sleep Ambassador

This training course outlines how to recognise and deal with sleep issues in the workplace and is suitable for anyone – senior management, HR executives, wellbeing leads or those with a genuine interest in sleep.

Sleep Talkers

Sleep Talkers is a ‘Train the Trainer’ programme which is aimed at organisations who have volunteers supporting their client groups, giving them the skills needed to begin those important conversations around sleep.

Adult Sleep

A brand new mini-series of adult sleep training created by sleep expert, Professor Jason Ellis, professor of sleep science at Northumbria University and director of the Northumbria Centre for Sleep Research.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia

This introductory course is aimed at registered health professionals who have an interest in psychological sleep interventions and want to identify, assess, and diagnose cases of insomnia.
