Commission our Sleep Services

Helping you improve sleep in your community

Good sleep is fundamental to our physical, mental and emotional health, yet many people struggle to access the support they need.

The Sleep Charity works with NHS organisations, Integrated Care Boards, local authorities, public health teams and other organisations to develop and deliver evidence-based sleep support that meets the needs of local communities.

We understand that every area is different. Our services can be tailored to local priorities, populations and existing provision, helping you provide accessible, effective support where it is needed most.

Sleep support that makes a difference

Poor sleep can affect almost every aspect of daily life, from physical and mental health to behaviour, learning, relationships and quality of life. For families, ongoing sleep difficulties can also have a significant impact on parents and carers.

Early access to appropriate sleep support can help people understand and improve their sleep, while supporting a preventative approach to health and wellbeing.

Our experienced team can work with you to develop services for children, young people, families and adults, including support for people with additional needs.

The work that the Sleep Charity provides to the young people an families in Doncaster is invaluable. The care and the precision that the practitioners spend with each family gives them the tools to implement successful sleep patterns in their own home. We are proud to have been the first CCG area in the UK to support such an invaluable cause.
